We also craft some of our pieces with natural precious & semi-precious gemstones that include but are not limited to sapphires, rubies, emeralds, amethyst, peridot and others.

Before creating any piece we always authenticate our own diamonds using our years of expertise in the jewelry industry and professional grade lab diamond and diamond simulant detection devices which includes but is not limited to the Yehuda Sherlock Holmes. How to ship your jewelry for repair/exchange or repair:

1. Ship the jewelry back in all of its original packaging. If the original box(s) is lost then place the jewelry in a small box to reinforce the item.

2. Include the warranty card and certificate of authenticity (if not lost)

3. For the shipping box please use a hard box and not any soft envelopes to prevent any damage during transit as well as bubble wrap to further reinforce the shipment.

4. Add a signature required for the package to ensure we receive the item.

5. After shipping the item email us a follow-up with the tracking number for the return package.

We provide 2-Day free insured shipping on all ICED jewelry orders for the domestic U.S. with signature required.

International orders do not include free shipping and all customs/taxes for international orders are to be paid by the buyer.

All custom made orders will also include the complimentary 2-day express shipping, fully insured and with signature required for added security.

It typically takes 8-14 Days and in some cases for complex custom pieces it can be up to 3 weeks to handcraft your made to order piece. We make each item right here in the USA to provide you with the exceptional grade of jewelry that you deserve.

We do our best to stock our pieces as frequently and up to date as possible but due to high demand and the time it takes to handcraft create each piece we kindly ask that you bear with us as we complete your special piece.

We stand behind the jewelry we create and with every purchase we provide a 2 year warranty from the date of delivery for routine maintenance that includes polishing, rhodium plating, stone retightening and cleaning with our industry standard tools/machines if you should need it.

Supreme quality is our only way for completing a jewelry piece. We take pride in precisely examining every jewelry piece before shipping out.

Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to get the piece back to us for warranty service. Please provide signature required on the package and the exact tracking number emailed to info@theicedco.com once you have shipped the piece(s). After service is complete we will cover the shipping costs to get your ICED jewelry piece back to you.

The warranty does not cover repairs for breaks and damages from normal wear, misuse etc., but we will always do our best to provide exceptional servicing for your jewelry even outside the scope of the coverage if you should need us. If there is a repair you need for your ICED jewelry piece outside the scope of the warranty always feel free to contact us at info@theicedco.com to start a repair ticket.

Please keep in mind that if you choose to start a repair ticket with us directly you will be responsible for all return shipping costs to get your piece back to us. Once we receive the jewelry back we will assess and diagnose to provide you with the total cost of repair (if any) and the duration of repair. We will always submit all this information to you for approval before starting any repair work.
