For an item to be eligible for return or exchange, the jewelry must be in the brand new unworn condition in which it was received with all of its original packaging items including the warranty card and certificate of authenticity. How to ship your jewelry for repair/exchange or repair:
1. Ship the jewelry back in all of its original packaging. If the original box(s) is lost then place the jewelry in a small box to reinforce the item.
2. Include the warranty card and certificate of authenticity (if not lost)
3. For the shipping box please use a hard box and not any soft envelopes to prevent any damage during transit as well as bubble wrap to further reinforce the shipment.
4. Add a signature required for the package to ensure we receive the item.
5. After shipping the item email us a follow-up with the tracking number for the return package.
