We provide 2-Day free insured shipping on all ICED jewelry orders for the domestic U.S.with signature required.

All custom made orders will also include the complimentary 2-day express shipping, fully insured and with signature required for added security.

But please note that International orders do not include free shipping and all customs/taxes for international orders are to be paid by the buyer.

In any case that you are not fully satisfied with your new ICED jewelry piece, all jewelry items are eligible for Free return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Custom made items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.The refund can be processed to be returned to your original form of payment within 10 business days.If you have an questions in regards to a return or exchange feel free to email us at info@theicedco.com with your order number.For an item to be eligible for return or exchange, the jewelry must be in the brand new unworn condition in which it was received with all of its original packaging items including the warranty card and certificate of authenticity. If the item is seen to be heavily modified such as but not limited to ring resizing, bracelet link removal, alterations to the original design, wear and tear, or damages the item will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to the buyer.Please take note that restocking fees apply depending on the price of your jewelry item. Restocking Fees

We charge a restocking fee only on return orders.

Orders processed for an exchange will have no restocking fee because it will be waived.


ICED is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items when shipping to our facilities.

We stand behind the jewelry we create and with every purchase we provide a 2 year warranty from the date of delivery for routine maintenance that includes polishing, rhodium plating, stone retightening and cleaning with our industry standard tools/machines if you should need it.

Supreme quality is our only way for completing a jewelry piece. We take pride in precisely examining every jewelry piece before shipping out.

Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to get the piece back to us for warranty service but will provide complimentary express shipping for when the servicing is complete.

The warranty does not cover repairs for breaks and damages from normal wear, misuse etc., but we will always do our best to provide exceptional servicing for your jewelry even outside the scope of the coverage if you should need us.I f there is a repair you need for your ICED jewelry piece outside the scope of the warranty always feel free to contact us at info@theicedco.com to start a repair ticket.

Yes, every single piece we create is handcrafted with solid 14K or 18K gold in all 3 tones of yellow, rose or white gold. No gold plating and no vermeil! We only use natural mined diamonds and lab grown diamonds depending on your preference for our jewelry.

We also craft some of our pieces with natural precious & semi-precious gemstones that include but are not limited to sapphires, rubies, emeralds, amethyst, peridot and others.

Before creating any piece we always authenticate our own diamonds using our years of expertise in the jewelry industry and professional grade lab diamond and diamond-simulant detection devices which includes but is not limited to the Yehuda Sherlock Holmes 4.0. We do not just use your average diamond pen tester! (Which can be unreliable at times)

Lab diamonds share the same chemical makeup as a natural mined diamond which in effect makes it an actual diamond but with just a different origin story unlike diamond simulants like moissanite or CZ.

Like freezing water into ice cubes in your refrigerator freezer in comparison to getting ice from a glacier near the North Pole, a lab diamond still gives the same brilliance, fire, scintillation and beauty that has attracted us to diamonds for centuries.
