We offer a 14-Day return or exchange window. Once we receive the item back and the condition is cleared to be unworn, unsized (if applicable), unaltered and in brand new condition then we will move forward with expediting your refund process.

If you choose to exchange for a different item you will be given store credit in the amount of the total jewelry product amount, excluding any tax and shipping fees to be used for any other item in our collection.
